A US federal judge has ordered that alleged enemy combatant Jose Padilla must be released within 45 days, after being held since June 2002 under suspicion of (but not charged with) conspiring to detonate dirty bombs. Whether or not he was really a terrorist before, I don't know (the record shows that he
tried to be one, but I'm trying to be a ninja to no avail). But after being imprisoned for more than two and a half years with no access to an attorney, he's probably considering becoming a terrorist very soon. And who can blame him? Nice going, idiots.
