Sick day stream: Bloodborne

I've got a fever. And the only prescription is Bloodborne!

(That wasn't just a Walken joke. I really do have a fever today.)

Earlier in the week I made two attempts at streaming Bloodborne that could be considered "unsuccessful" – one with the mic not working and one where the video quality went to hell for some unknown reason.

Today's successful stream (mostly successful...there was a part when the doorbell rang and I had to leave the room to answer it) picks up after the defeat of Father Gascoigne and follows my first steps into Old Yharnam.

More streams: The Division, Just Cause 3 and Street Fighter V

My Twitch experiments continue. First we have a second stream of The Division, followed by one of Just Cause 3 (which turned out to be quite entertaining if I do say so myself).

And then I tried making an episode of Fight Meee! using the stream format. It's nice to incorporate comments from the chat (when they actually happen)...but this was the worst I have ever performed on Fight Meee!, in terms of win/loss ratio.

The whole thing has been a learning experience. For example, by the time I did the Fight Meee! stream, I had figured out how to properly balance the game audio with my voice. Mostly.

I livestreamed The Division

With an Elgato on the fritz and not enough time to edit gameplay videos, I decided to try out the PS4's built-in streaming function. I have to admit, skipping not only the editing process but also the audio treatment and the upload time is a major convenience. I'll try this a few more times, on Twitch as well as on YouTube, and see how people respond.

(I think there's a way to get rid of the black frame around the picture, but this first stream was mainly a test to see if it worked.)

Fight Meee! Street Fighter V e02

A Ryu player who knows his fundamentals is a serious obstacle.
